By accessing and using the services provided by Glorious One Love ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Glorious One Love provides spiritual healing services including but not limited to:

• Reiki energy healing sessions
• Tarot and angel card readings
• Chakra balancing and alignment
• Spiritual counseling and guidance
• Educational content and resources
• Digital spiritual tools and applications

Important: our services are not intended to replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Energy healing and spiritual guidance are complementary therapies that work alongside conventional medical treatment.

We recommend that you:

• Continue any prescribed medical treatments
• Consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practices
• Seek immediate medical attention for any medical emergencies
• Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your session

Booking: all sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation: we require 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

No-shows: failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a charge of the full session cost.

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of your session. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Gift certificates and package deals are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our approval.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Respect the sacred space and maintain appropriate behavior
• Communicate any concerns or discomfort during sessions
• Follow any recommendations provided for optimal healing
• Maintain confidentiality of other clients you may encounter

• Providing professional and ethical services

• Continuing education and professional development
• Being present and focused during sessions
• Providing clear communication about services and expectations

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your personal information, health details, and session content will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. See also our Privacy Policy.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and digital tools, is the property of Glorious One Love and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Glorious One Love and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to provide beneficial healing experiences, individual results may vary.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glorious One Love, its practitioners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
